I made an order with Proto-pic on the 28th of November, but I haven't received my items or heard a peep from them. The phone number just doesn't work, and they ain't replying to my messages.

Had an awesome time shopping at Proto-Pic. They appear to be the sole provider that offers precisely the parts I need. Plus, it’s super nice to chat with someone on the phone who genuinely enjoys what they do. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate these folks.

I've just started diving into electronics as a hobby (being a software engineer), and I've been picking up supplies from various places based on what's in stock. I recently stumbled upon Proto-PIC, and I’m really enjoying their service. I haven't even thought about DPD delivery. They’re pretty close to me, and since they usually ship the same day I place my order, I often get it the very next day, even with Royal Mail. The packaging is top-notch and well-protected in a sturdy plastic box that I can use for storage, though I reckon we could use a more eco-friendly option for some items. I’ll definitely keep using Proto-PIC.

Wow! These folks were incredible! They really put in the effort to track down the battery I needed. I placed an order with them, but it turned out to be the wrong one. After I sent them a pic of the specific battery I was after, they did some digging and located it for me, then sent me the link to buy it. Plus, they were super fast in getting back to me.

Initially, I wasn't impressed. I didn't hear a peep from the tech team or even the sales folks. But then I found out they were dealing with some system hiccups, and when they finally got back to me, all my problems were sorted out super fast. They sent the missing item and refunded my original order. It was just a small, cheap item, but it’s a nice touch to see they genuinely care about their customers. In the end, I'm pleased with the service!

I bought a case for my Batt:BIT, and this company sent me the wrong item. They promised a refund, but it’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t seen it. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails. I’d recommend steering clear of this company and finding a better option.

Got my order in under a day! I chose Proto Pic since they had the lowest prices on the components. Just £1 for shipping, and the parts came in a sturdy, reusable plastic box, all within a day of ordering. This has been one of my top online shopping experiences!

I placed an order for several parts and didn’t realize one was unavailable. I called customer support, and they informed me they would divide my order, sending all the available items that same day and then sending the out of stock part when it was ready. The first shipment arrived yesterday, in under 16 hours after I made the order, and the missing part showed up this morning. Each package was in a tough plastic box (way better packing than I’ve ever seen) and came with a complimentary bag of sweets. Just incredible, really!

I've made a few small purchases from proto-pic before, and everything went smoothly, but...

We placed a large order for Arduino workshops at my company, totaling about 1000 pounds. That was three months ago (!!!!), and so far, just a tiny portion has shown up, and that’s only because we’ve been constantly emailing and calling them. This is just absurd. We’re canceling the order today and will be sourcing our supplies from eBay. I’m done with proto-pic.

I ordered some Arduino components, and they showed up on time with everything functioning as it should.

I ran into a minor hiccup with the setup, so I called the team in the office. They were super helpful, and we resolved the problem in no time.

I got my NFC shield pretty fast. When I ran into a problem, they took it back without fuss and quickly offered either a refund or a replacement. It turned out I had a soldering mistake, and the team re-soldered the pins like pros. I'd definitely shop with them again!

The shipping and delivery were super quick. I placed an order for the SparkFun Inventor's Kit yesterday afternoon, and it showed up this morning, nicely packaged and in excellent shape. Plus, with the 10% student discount, the offer was even sweeter. I reckon I've found my new go-to supplier for electronic components.

This was my first experience purchasing electronic components for my BSc. project, and they offer a huge selection of items that caught my eye. I’ll surely be back to shop with them soon. What really impressed me was how fast they delivered! Whenever I required an electronic part, it showed up at my doorstep the very next day.

I got my Arduino Uno from this place and then decided to grab some more items, including XRF modules, a couple of Xbee shields, and an Arduino Fio. Each time, the delivery came in a solid plastic box that’s perfect for storing components.

Definitely gonna shop here again :)
